Basic Crepes

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1-1/4 Milk
  • 2 tbs Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Flour
  • ¼ tsp Salt


  1. In a mixing bowl, beat Eggs until frothy.
  2. Add Milk, Vegetable Oil and slowly mix in pre-sifted Flour and Salt.
  3. Mix until smooth and free of lumps. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
  4. Using a measuring cup, pour in ¼ cup at a time into a well greased 9” Crepe Pan.
  5. Cook until edges become golden, flip and fry the second side (30 seconds per side)
  6. Repeat for the remaining batter.

Chefs Tip: Crepes can be filled with both sweet and savory foods. They can be made ahead of time and will keep in a closed zip-lock bag in the freezer for about a month.
