Classic Waffles

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
Serves: 6 large waffles


  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp White Sugar
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Beat Eggs, Milk, Vegetable Oil and Vanilla Extract in a mixing bowl until well combined. Add Sugar and continue to beat until fluffy.
  3. In a separate bowl sift Flour, Baking Powder and Salt and add to the Egg mixture and mix until a smooth batter is formed.
  4. Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray on top and bottom. Pour batter mix onto hot waffle iron, close the lid and cook until golden.
  5. Serve hot with a side of Whipped Cream and fruits or Butter and Syrup.
