Goat Cheese and Tomato Tart


Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking: 12 minutes
Serves:  12 servings


  • 12 pcs Puff Pastry (15cx15cm)
  • 3 tbs Olive Oil
  • 120 g Goat Cheese, crumbled
  • 4 tbs fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
  • 2 medium Plum Tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 tbs Parmesan Cheese, thin slices


  1. Preheat oven to 210 degrees C and place rack in middle position.
  2. Using a round cookie cutter cut each Puff Pastry to a circle and place on top of a baking tray.
  3. In a mixing bowl combine Olive Oil, Goat Cheese and Basil Leaves and mix.
  4. Place 1-2 Tomato slices in the center of each puff pastry and add a spoonful of Goat Cheese mixture over the top.
  5. Garnish top with thin Parmesan slices and bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until pastry is cooked and golden around the crust.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh Basil leaves.
