Potato Wedges

Serves: 4


  • 1 kg Potatoes, unpeeled & scrubbed
  • 10g Vegetable oil
  • 5g dried Oregano
  • 5g fresh Dill, chopped
  • 5g Paprika
  • 10g Lawrys seasoning salt
  • 5g Garlic powder
  • 30g Parmesan cheese, grated


  1. Pre-heat oven to 180c and place the oven rack in the center of the oven.
  2. Cut each potato into long wedges, each about 2cm thick.
  3. Place potatoes in shallow microwave safe Pyrex dish. Sprinkle with oil and remaining ingredients except cheese. Stir to coat potatoes. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 8-10 minutes, stirring to redistribute potatoes twice.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and transfer to the oven and bake until potatoes are golden and the cheese is melted.
